Before the neutralization treatment of boiler drainage! Case study of a heat-resistant submersible pump that can be installed in a small space.

A food factory in Saitama Prefecture has ordered neutralization treatment equipment for boiler drainage and wastewater treatment in the food manufacturing process. The JCVH-40-A was adopted for transferring to the neutralization tank. Since the temperature was up to 95°C, we selected the JCVH type submersible pump with a float for ease of use and heat resistance. The wastewater flows into a temporary grease trap, so it was necessary to transfer it from there to the neutralization tank. However, the JCVH type submersible pump is designed to be compact, allowing for easy installation without issues. Even when the water level is low, the float height can be finely adjusted, allowing for customizable ON-OFF range. Additionally, while the pH of the wastewater may lean towards acidic or alkaline, the JCVH is fully covered with epoxy coating, ensuring chemical resistance. We received an inquiry from a recycling-related factory in a certain location in Aomori Prefecture. The temperature of the transfer water is 80°C, while the existing pump was rated for a maximum temperature of 60°C. Therefore, we selected and delivered the heat-resistant submersible pump JCVH-40 (rated for 95°C). Although it was said that the existing pump deteriorated quickly, we received positive feedback that the operation of the JCVH model is going well. By using the appropriate pump, it is possible to slow down the rate of deterioration. This is an introduction to a case where a heat-resistant submersible pump "JCV-15-50-A" was delivered to a hot spring resource utilization facility in Tottori Prefecture. It is used to pump hot spring wastewater from the underground bath pit, and we proposed the JCV type with a float. The float of the heat-resistant submersible pump is, of course, heat-resistant, making it particularly useful in cases where there is no room to install electrodes in a narrow pit. Additionally, since the float is directly attached, control through a control panel is unnecessary. Automatic ON-OFF control according to the water level is possible while the power is on. [Case Study] Automatic Neutralization Treatment of Pickling Wastewater pH

Automatic pH neutralization treatment of pickling wastewater! We have adopted a corrosion-resistant submersible pump (automatic control).

We received an inquiry from Company F, a steelworks in Saga Prefecture, after they viewed our website, stating that "the scale of acid washing has increased, and we would like to automatically neutralize the wash water from the subsequent process." Upon discussing their needs, we learned that currently, after acid washing, they are washing with water near a drainage ditch, which is very inefficient. They expressed a desire to create a pit for washing and to place a neutralization device within that pit. Therefore, we proposed a collection pit and pit size to allow for washing after acid treatment within the pit and to pump the water directly to the neutralization device. Additionally, since the wastewater before neutralization is acidic and would corrode a standard submersible pump, they opted for a corrosion-resistant submersible pump (with automatic control).
