Photocoupler "ACPL-K370, ACPL-K376"
There is an open-collector output that provides both CMOS-compatible insulation breakdown voltage.
The "ACPL-K370" and "ACPL-K376" are voltage/current detection photocouplers. The "ACPL-K376" is a low current version of the "ACPL-K370." High-efficiency AlGaAs devices provide higher luminous output with lower drive currents and utilize a threshold detection input buffer IC and one external resistor to enable control of the threshold level over a wide input voltage range. 【Features】 ■ ±5% voltage detection accuracy ■ Wide AC or DC detection range of 1140 Vpeak ■ User-configurable single/dual detection levels ■ Enhanced noise immunity with hysteresis ■ Ultra-low threshold current of 1.32mA (ACPL-K376) * You can download the English version of the catalog. * For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
