Dual-frequency ultrasonic cleaner HRSD
With three cleaning modes of 40kHz, 100kHz, and 40/100kHz high-speed switching, it accommodates various cleaning applications.
Ultrasonic cleaning involves irradiating a liquid with ultrasound to generate high-speed vibrations, which create vacuum bubbles (cavitation). When these bubbles collapse, they collide violently, producing a cleaning effect. HRSD alternates between generating 40kHz (large vacuum bubbles) and 100kHz (small vacuum bubbles) in the liquid. This allows for a variety of applications, from standard degreasing cleaning to particle cleaning. Additionally, the frequency modulation width, speed settings, and in dual frequency mode, the irradiation time for each frequency can be adjusted, enabling the discovery of the optimal cleaning method tailored to specific applications.
