Ministry of Defense, Japan Air Self-Defense Force: Future Developments in the Utilization of Dual-Use Technologies
Ministry of Defense Air Self-Defense Force Recruitment Seminar
The Japan Air Self-Defense Force is conducting demonstration experiments utilizing civilian unmanned aerial vehicles, which are dual-use technologies in the fields of security and civilian applications. To quickly resolve the issues identified in these experiments and achieve early equipment deployment (mass production), they are engaged in agile research and development. In particular, the challenges here are common to academia, industry, and government, and a forum for free exchange of ideas and innovation creation is being held to facilitate rapid solutions.
