Wear-resistant polyurethane rubber roller
Among general-purpose rubber rollers, polyurethane rubber rollers have excellent wear resistance. However, the use of polyurethane rubber rollers has been limited due to their heat resistance temperature of 60 to 70°C. At Toyo Techno, we have developed a heat-resistant and wear-resistant polyurethane rubber roller that can be used at temperatures up to 100°C by enhancing the heat resistance of the Mirable type polyurethane rubber. We manufactured a simple mold in-house. The tolerance of Φ16.24+0.05-0 is challenging, and the shaft measuring 390L×Φ6 falls into the category of being elongated.
