"BIOVA" is a hydrocarbon-based large one-bath vacuum cleaning machine. Since the solvent does not come into contact with the atmosphere at all, it can be heated, improving cleaning performance. The process consists of four steps: coarse shower cleaning → finishing shower liquid supply + immersion cleaning → reduced pressure vapor cleaning → vacuum drying, all performed automatically in one chamber. Since the above four processes are carried out under vacuum, the oxygen concentration is low, making it safe.
