The "OSK 97UO 430-VP" is a vibration-type polishing machine that suppresses wear and deformation during polishing, maintaining excellent flatness. It polishes the sample itself while rotating slowly on a flat disc due to vibrations. It can be utilized for microhardness tests and analyses such as EBSD (Electron Backscatter Diffraction), AFM (Atomic Force Microscopy), and SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy). 【Features】 ■ The amount of grinding on the sample can be set.
