Case Study of the Introduction of Active Water Devices in the Fisheries Industry

We would like to introduce a case study on the introduction of our "Katsusui-ki Direka" into the fisheries industry. Starting in 2011, we began testing the Direka on fishing boats of Onban Suisan in Kishiwada, Osaka Prefecture, with the aim of preserving the freshness and antibacterial effect of whitebait. Several bacterial tests were conducted, all of which demonstrated the ability to maintain the general bacterial count within 1,000 for 24 hours, successfully addressing issues related to freshness and hygiene.
