The "Custom N/QN" is a nitrate and nitrite nitrogen removal system. (The QN type also processes soft water simultaneously) ■ Example of results: Raw water nitrate 39.5 → Treated water 0.08 ■ Uses a resin with high selectivity for nitrate. It is also well-known for its stable removal performance of nitrite nitrogen (below 0.04 ppm) under strict standards. ■ The mixed bed type with cation resin can also achieve softening simultaneously. ■ Equipped with specially designed valves and an automatic control panel, it provides high-quality water exceeding that of tap water at a low cost. Nitrate and nitrite nitrogen are harmful substances that may pose health risks to the human body. Custom N efficiently removes these at a low cost using ion exchange resin (anion resin). With the installation of two or more units, continuous operation for 24 hours is possible with alternating regeneration. Maintenance can be performed on each unit, and in a parallel processing setup of three Custom N50 units, the maximum capacity is 105 L/min. Depending on water quality and usage conditions, it is possible to set optimal regeneration, backwash times, and salt amounts. The structure allows for easy valve removal and parts maintenance, ensuring excellent maintainability.
