Hallite EXF is a double-acting, twin O-ring combination rod wiper designed with two different unique wiping shapes. The combination of the two lips allows for the scraping of dirt adhered to the rod while retaining residual oil within the system during rod extension, as well as pumping oil back into the cylinder. The combination O-ring maintains the conformity of the wiping lip to the sliding surface and generates the necessary force to adjust the deflection of the wiper. This wiper, made from Hallite's high-quality fluoropolymer Armorelene, is suitable for high-speed use and eliminates the phenomenon of stick-slip. 【Features】 ■ Low friction eliminates stick-slip phenomenon ■ Excellent for high-speed applications ■ Designed for more stability to accommodate applications with intense lateral movement of the rod. ■ The balanced design minimizes contamination while keeping the oil film on the rod to a minimum. Hallite EXG is a double-acting rod wiper/excluder that combines two O-rings, designed with two different unique wiping lip shapes. Specially developed for cylinders used in harsh off-highway applications in dirty environments, such as those of civil excavation machines!

The Hallite 847 double lip wiper features a special venting function that constantly relieves pressure between the rod seal and the wiper. This prevents the wiper from popping out due to pressure without the need for an expensive drain port in the ground. The flap of the wiping lip also has a special function, covering the ground housing and preventing the trapping of water/slurry, which is common with conventional wipers.
