The "D1000(GR)" is a gasket packing that can be used on steam lines in factories and flanges of boiler equipment. Unlike conventional products that can withstand temperatures up to 350°C, this product has a higher heat resistance of 450°C, which reduces the likelihood of leaks. It features a design with three holes of different diameters, serving as both fastening bolt holes and fluid passage holes. It is used in piping connections for industrial machinery, where the accuracy and reproducibility of hole positions are emphasized. Water jet processing was employed to avoid excessive stress on the material, stabilizing hole diameter and position accuracy. In particular, it suppressed burrs and distortions even in small diameter hole processing, reducing misalignment during assembly.

■Overview of Processing Example This case involves the processing of a gasket with a lower cut using the V6500 joint sheet. The outer circumference is primarily circular in shape, but it features a linear cut at the lower part of the gasket, which was specified to avoid interference with the equipment structure and surrounding components. The bolt holes are evenly spaced, requiring a balance between hole position accuracy and outer shape precision. In this case, water jet processing was adopted without using a die. By continuously processing the arc section and the lower cut section, we achieved the reproduction of the shape as per the design data and improved positioning accuracy during assembly.

Our company has been processing and selling gaskets, packing, and industrial products for over 45 years. We utilize various processing machines, including one of Japan's largest water jets (high-pressure cutting machines), plotters, and press processing, to propose products to our customers. Please feel free to contact us for any inquiries regarding processing. We processed 33 pieces of T1120 3t 10K-750A. We used 5 sheets of material measuring 2540W x 3810L and efficiently combined them with other products for processing. Since the processing range is 4000W x 5800L, we can also arrange 2 sheets of material measuring 2540W x 3810L. We can handle large-diameter processing with short lead times, so please feel free to contact us.
