It features a design with three holes of different diameters, serving as both fastening bolt holes and fluid passage holes. It is used in piping connections for industrial machinery, where the accuracy and reproducibility of hole positions are emphasized. Water jet processing was employed to avoid excessive stress on the material, stabilizing hole diameter and position accuracy. In particular, it suppressed burrs and distortions even in small diameter hole processing, reducing misalignment during assembly.

The outer circumference is primarily circular in shape, but it features a linear cut at the lower part of the gasket, which was specified to avoid interference with the equipment structure and surrounding components. The bolt holes are evenly spaced, requiring a balance between hole position accuracy and outer shape precision. In this case, water jet processing was adopted without using a die. By continuously processing the arc section and the lower cut section, we achieved the reproduction of the shape as per the design data and improved positioning accuracy during assembly.

We used 5 sheets of material measuring 2540W x 3810L and efficiently combined them with other products for processing.
