Our company has been processing and selling gaskets, packing, and industrial products for over 45 years. We utilize various processing machines, including one of Japan's largest water jet cutters (high-pressure cutting machines), plotters, and press processing, to propose products to our customers. To improve the workability of the glass fiber, we have laminated it with a special rubber. [Water Jet Processing Example] 5t L-Shaped Processing

Direct processing from CAD data allows for the flexible realization of complex gasket shapes!

We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a U-shaped gasket measuring 180mm x 220mm from a 5mm thick neoprene rubber sheet based on the customer's CAD data. The processing involved creating seven holes with a diameter of 16mm. Using our water jet cutting machine, we precisely cut the material with a high-pressure water stream.
