Fluorescently labeled hairpin DNA for in situ HCR that does not require protease treatment, is highly sensitive, and low-cost.
- Applicable to all: paraffin sections, frozen sections, floating sections, adhesive/floating cells, and whole mounts. - Does not require treatment with proteolytic enzymes such as Proteinase K. - Compatible with three fluorescent dyes: SaraFluor488, ATTO550, and Cyanine5. - Can also accommodate bright field staining using biotin-labeled products (custom products), etc.
