Therefore, we proposed a method of sourcing stainless steel valve-type products that have been manufactured by another company for the past ten years and assembling them in-house. By changing the sourced products to those from an automotive parts manufacturing company, we improved quality and reduced costs. Additionally, we created a simple assembly machine to enable in-house assembly.
