"Nanotools" is software developed to allow anyone to easily operate and analyze long reads from PacBio and Oxford Nanopore, which could only be comprehensively analyzed on Linux until now, on Windows. By simply dragging and dropping data in Fastq or Fast5 format onto the analysis screen, the analysis starts automatically and results can be saved.
