Even though we refer to fixed abrasive tools in general, various manufacturers are constantly working on them in different ways every day. Since the manufacturing methods, characteristics, and diamond abrasive particle sizes (grit, D50, type of diamond) differ among manufacturers, have you ever experienced that even with the same grit, the processing capabilities and surface roughness of the products vary?
