[Useful Materials] EMC Testing for Electric Vehicle Charging Systems
EMC requirements for conductive charging of electric vehicles according to IEC 61851-21.
This document explains the EMC testing of conductive charging systems for electric vehicles, focusing on IEC 61851-21. It also briefly touches on the specifications of the CHAdeMO Association and the United Nations regulation UN ECE R10 for automotive EMC, which were considered during the drafting process of IEC 61851-21. Please note that the EMC requirements for wireless charging are specified in IEC 61980 (for the power supply side) and ISO 19363 (for the vehicle side), and are not included in IEC 61851-21. 【Contents (excerpt)】 ■ Introduction ■ Charging modes for electric vehicles and the scope of standards ■ Test setup ■ Operating conditions of the test samples ■ Emission testing ■ Immunity testing *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
