Sensor-separated float switch!!
The method involves using a magnetic proximity switch installed outside the liquid tank, which is activated by a magnet built into the float. The float moves up and down in accordance with the liquid, allowing for the detection of the liquid's water level. Point 1: By focusing on magnetic detection, we have made it possible to separate the sensor part from the float switch using our unique long-distance detection technology and float technology. Since there is no sensor part inside the liquid tank, the removal of the liquid tank from the device becomes smoother. Point 2: We have overcome the issue of liquid adhesion to the inner surface of the liquid tank with externally attachable capacitive sensors or ultrasonic sensors. There is also no malfunction caused by bubbles near the surface, provided that the float does not lose its buoyancy due to the bubbles. Conversely, when the float moves away from the reed switch, the contacts of the reed switch open, cutting off the electrical circuit. By detecting the position of the float, which moves up and down according to the displacement of the liquid surface, the water level in the tank can be monitored. ■ Usage A stem (core rod) is fixed to the bottom or top of the tank, and it is connected to the electrical wires drawn from the reed switch.
