[Example] Measures against airborne dust in a woodworking workshop
Introducing examples of measures taken against airborne dust in woodworking workshops. Collecting fine dust in factories and warehouses that cannot be captured by dust collectors!
We would like to introduce a case where the "QleanAir FS70 Standard" floating dust cleaning machine was used to capture fine dust that could not be removed by dust collectors in a woodworking workshop as a measure against airborne dust. Even in woodworking workshops where local exhaust systems, overall ventilation, and dust collectors are used, there may still be issues with airborne dust. By capturing airborne dust with this product and improving the air environment, a safer workplace can be achieved. Additionally, it helps prevent dust accumulation on production equipment, leading to reduced maintenance and the prevention of malfunctions. Similar challenges may also be encountered in factories producing paper products (such as paper and cardboard), where paper dust is generated. Depending on the conditions of the site, we will propose appropriate processing airflow and types of filters.
