Preventing load and molding troubles for the 【Marsgo】 model! Form4

Introducing the mechanism of shaping that achieves high speed and low load! We will explain the amazing features of the 3D printer "Form 4"!

Marsgo is a document that picks up the functions and features of various products and introduces the "amazing" aspects. This time, we will introduce the latest stereolithography 3D printer from Formlabs, the "Form 4." A major feature of the Form 4 is that its adoption of a new molding method has significantly shortened the molding speed. Not only that, but the Form 4 also utilizes an LPU (Laser Unit) and a resin tank with a soft film, which reduces the load on the model during the molding process. As a result, it can further improve print speed and prevent troubles during molding! The document provides a detailed explanation of the structure of the resin tank and the mechanism of load-free molding, along with images, so please take a look. *You can download the document from the button below.

Mars Pro: Top-class print speed in light curing!! Form 4

Fastest printing with powerful light exposure?! Explaining the amazing features of the 3D printer "Form 4" | System Create

Marsgo is a document that highlights the features and characteristics of various products, showcasing what makes them "amazing!" This time, we will introduce the new product "Form 4," a light-curing 3D printer developed by Formlabs. It is a new light-curing 3D printer known for its high-quality modeling, capable of being used with a simple workflow, a wide range of materials, and producing high-resolution prints. The "Form 4" has increased its printing speed even further due to a change in the printing method! The ease of use remains unchanged, and a new high-output backlight unit has been introduced. By changing the way light is applied to a "surface" irradiation, it achieves an average high-speed modeling of 40mm/h across all materials. The document provides a detailed explanation of the structure of the printing method that enables high-speed modeling, accompanied by images, so please take a look. *You can download the document using the button below.

I tried making 36 parts using the height of Form 3L!

【Mita Repo】Created 36 parts all at once with Form 3L! I tried stacking the model to the maximum height of the print area!

"Mitarepo" is a series that introduces what can be done using various products with the concept of "I tried doing this!" We deliver useful information each time from the wide range of product categories handled by System Create. The theme of Vol. 33 is "We tried making 36 parts utilizing the area height of the Form 3L!" The light-curing 3D printer "Form 3L" supports large-scale printing and has the largest build area among Formlabs 3D printers. This time, we focused on effectively utilizing its wide build area, particularly the "area height," by stacking multiple parts in the Z direction and challenging ourselves to print them all at once. Typically, when printing multiple items, they are arranged horizontally on the table, but with a little ingenuity, we stacked and arranged them in the height direction as well. We attempted to print a total of 36 parts of various sizes together! "How do you arrange the models in the Z direction?" "Can the models be printed properly even if they overlap vertically?" We will explain the actual flow of creating print data along with images of the completed models. *You can download the materials from the button below.

Powder Sintering Method 3D Printer 'Fuse 1+ 30W'

A highly versatile SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) system that balances ease of use and quality. Anyone can achieve high-quality modeling. *Demonstrations available.

The "Fuse 1+ 30W" is a powder sintering (SLS) 3D printer from Formlabs (powder 3D printer). It condenses a technology that was mainly high-end and expensive into a compact size, achieving both ease of use and quality. [Features] ■ Packaged Forming System The packaged forming system, enabled by the collaborative operation of the Fuse 1+ 30W and Fuse Sift, allows for efficient and clean operation. ■ Easy Operation for Anyone By loading data into the included software "PreForm," you can simply select the material and determine the model's layout to prepare for printing. ■ New Design Material That Does Not Require Nitrogen The specially designed powder material achieves high quality while maintaining material properties without the need for nitrogen. ■ No Support Needed, Reducing Costs and Time Un-sintered powder supports the model, eliminating the need for support material that would otherwise have to be discarded. ■ An Ecosystem with Virtually Zero Waste By mixing approximately 30% of new powder with un-sintered powder, it can be used as recycled powder. *Please view the PDF data from the download button below.

3D printer showroom

One of the largest in Kanto! If you are planning to introduce a 3D printer, please be sure to visit us!

In November 2021, we opened a showroom for 3D printers at the Hotti Polymer factory in Kuki, Saitama. Focusing on the MEX method, it is possible to view various types of 3D printers, including photopolymerization and LAM (liquid additive manufacturing) methods, as well as models from different manufacturers within the same method all at once. Additionally, you can also see our in-house printer "Silicom," which can create 100% silicone rubber, a rarity even on a global scale. We invite you to visit us. 【Exhibited 3D Printers】 ■ MEX (resin extrusion additive manufacturing) 3D printer ■ Photopolymerization LCD method (transmissive liquid crystal method) 3D printer ■ Photopolymerization SLA method (laser method) 3D printer ■ LAM (liquid additive manufacturing) 3D printer ■ Poly Jet (inkjet) method 3D printer * New models will be added as they become available. * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
