High-performance microporous insulation material "WDS"
Microporous high-performance insulation material that achieves energy savings and miniaturization and lightweighting of equipment and devices.
WDS(R) is a microporous high-performance insulation material developed in Germany and adopted worldwide. By controlling the transfer of heat through "solid conduction," "gas convection," and "infrared radiation," it achieves a low thermal conductivity that surpasses still air. Additionally, due to its extremely low temperature dependence, even when the usage temperature rises, there is little change in thermal conductivity, allowing for stable insulation performance. As a result, it enables a reduction in the thickness of insulation structures, contributing to energy savings and the efficiency, miniaturization, and lightweight design of fire protection devices. 【Features】 ■ High-performance insulation material with a microporous structure WDS(R), composed of ultrafine particles of fumed silica, thoroughly controls heat transfer and achieves excellent insulation performance. ■ Wide range of applications It can be used in various applications requiring space-saving, high insulation performance, and fire resistance. ■ Abundant product variations We offer a diverse product lineup including boards, sheets, panels, flexible panels, and powders to meet your needs. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
