An alternative to vacuum and sealed dumps! A case where dredged soil was improved and immediately transported to a sediment disposal site about 10 km away.

This construction project involves dredging sediment accumulated in the river to secure the riverbed. The site has a very narrow work yard, and there was no space to temporarily store and air-dry the dredged sediment. Initially, lime-based materials were considered, but concerns arose regarding securing storage space and the potential for dust dispersion to nearby areas. High Cement Content Soil Improvement Agent MT Series [Construction Case] Pond Dredging Work

Efficient transportation of large amounts of deposited soil! A case where the deposited soil was improved, and primary transportation was carried out using a roller dump within the reservoir, followed by secondary transportation to a temporary storage area several kilometers away using dump trucks.

This construction project involves the dredging of sediment from a reservoir. At the same site, the accumulation of sediment in the reservoir had reduced its water storage capacity, which became a problem. However, the high moisture content of the sediment made it difficult to transport using dump trucks. Therefore, a high-moisture sediment improvement agent, MT-2, which is neutral and allows for immediate transportation from the site, was adopted. This is an example of improving the soil during gas pipe restoration work to achieve rapid operations!

We would like to introduce a case study of the MT series high cement content soil improvement agent. This project involves the restoration of a gas pipe buried underground. During the excavation of the shaft, groundwater was encountered at depths of 10 to 30 meters, causing mud and muddy water to hinder the construction. Additionally, the temporary storage yard was small, necessitating the immediate removal of the mud. As a solution, MT-1 was adopted, and this product was added to the mud mixed with quality soil for improvement. The improved soil was promptly transported to an improvement plant located about 15 kilometers away. The main objective of this project was the restoration of the gas pipe, and there were concerns about the time and costs associated with the removal of the mud. The soil from the sewer installation work was improved by mixing it with quicklime and was immediately removed from the site!

We would like to introduce a case study of the MT series high-water-content soil improvement agent. This project involves the construction of a sewer pipe installation. The mud generated from the mud slurry pushing method had a high water content, making it difficult to transport. To address this, we added quicklime to the mud and mixed it appropriately, then added MT-1 and mixed it again, improving it to a transportable state in about 15 minutes.
