The lateral movement to the measurement points on the measurement object is achieved by the movement of a measurement head that integrates the imaging spectrometer and the light irradiation device. ● High reliability through the use of a high-performance camera To enhance the reliability of the measurement data, the camera connected to the imaging spectrometer is of the cooling type with a CMOS sensor, which excels in data stability and reproducibility.
