We provide high-precision metal foils at the micron level by utilizing various rolling mills, starting with a 20-stand rolling mill. Since 1947, Rikazai has focused on foils, which hold infinite potential as metal materials, and began the rolling business to commercialize them. Our metal foils have been used as spacers for magnetic heads in tape recorders, as well as in various industry applications such as electrical resistance membranes, burst membranes, and speaker diaphragms. We are now capable of producing high-quality foils with a thickness of up to 0.3μm (0.0003mm).
