3D printing compatible material 'PA12GB Glass Beads | MJF'

This is a nylon material that can be used in scenes where greater strength is required, as it contains glass beads.

This is a nylon material suitable for mass production that contains glass beads called HP 3D High Reusability PA 12 Glass Beads, made with the HP Jret Fusion 4200. The MJF method has no anisotropy compared to the SLS method, offering high strength and dimensional accuracy, making it usable from prototypes to final products. The inclusion of glass beads allows it to be utilized in scenarios where higher strength is required. It is built with a layer pitch of 0.08mm. Tests have been conducted in compliance with the following standards and have passed: - REACH - RoHS - PAHs

3D Printing Compatible Material 'High Hardness Silicone Rubber | MJT'

It is a silicone-like rubber material called AR-G1H. Output via 3D printing! Accepting commissioned modeling.

This is a silicone-like rubber material called AR-G1H, outputted from AGILISTA. It has a Shore hardness (A) of 65. Due to the use of water-soluble support material, it is capable of creating fine shapes. With a high resolution of 30μm layer pitch and the characteristics of a highly elastic material, it is also suitable for reproducing flexible thin-walled molded objects that are prone to damage and difficult to reproduce with conventional rubber-like materials. Thanks to the properties of high-hardness silicone rubber, it is often used for protective covers with bellows structures and for testing cover jigs. *Shore hardness (A) is measured by the manufacturer based on JIS K6253. Tests conducted in compliance with the following standards have passed: REACH RoHS

3D printing compatible material "High-Precision Ceramic-Like" LumiaX1

It features a smooth surface finish, heat resistance up to a load deflection temperature (0.45MPa) of 280°C, exceptional rigidity, excellent chemical resistance, and electrical insulation properties.

We use a cutting-edge 3D printing technology that combines multiple patented techniques known as HPS molding methods. Ultracur3D(R)RG 3280 has a Young's modulus exceeding 10,000 MPa, allowing it to withstand significant forces without yielding, resulting in excellent load-bearing capacity. These features make it suitable for applications in industries exposed to extreme thermal environments, such as aerospace, automotive, and electronics. Due to its excellent dimensional stability and resistance to deformation, it has a proven track record of injecting 300 parts as an injection mold for resin molding. The resin used for injection can be molded from thermoplastics such as ABS, PP, PC, and TPE. In the case of using injection molds, it may be difficult to remove the model depending on its design, so we recommend using a release agent. At DMM.make, we typically deliver with supports, but by selecting the "removal available" option, we can deliver without supports. By curing the material, the load deflection temperature (1.82 MPa) can be improved to a range of 132°C to 162°C. There is no change in the load deflection temperature (0.45 MPa) due to thermal curing.

3D printing compatible material 'PA11 | MJF'

A nylon material suitable for mass production, commonly used for parts that take advantage of impact resistance and toughness.

This is a ductile, plant-based nylon material called HP 3D High Reusability PA 11, made with the HP Jret Fusion 4200. It is a mass-production-friendly material often used for parts that take advantage of its impact resistance and toughness, such as snap fits, living hinges, insoles, and sports equipment. It also features a high load deflection temperature, capable of withstanding up to 185°C (0.45 MPa). At 1.82 MPa, the temperature limit is 54°C. The MJF method produces isotropic parts with high strength and dimensional accuracy compared to SLS, making it suitable for use from prototypes to final products. It is built with a layer pitch of 0.08mm, allowing for detailed text representation.
