[Speedy Neo Implementation Case] Miki Beltec Co., Ltd.

Order quantity, amount, scheduled arrival, and arrival quantity can be understood by anyone! Case study of introduction to the metal processing industry.

To Miki Berutec Co., Ltd., which processes and assembles transmission control equipment, we would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of our production management system, "Speedy Neo." The purpose of the implementation was purchasing management. The system was chosen because it is developed in-house and can be built to leverage the methods used on-site, as well as for its speed in handling meetings and inquiries. After the implementation, through our approach, we repeatedly compared the screens of the current system with the configuration master of our product, allowing us to understand where the entered items would be reflected. This process enabled us to grasp which items in the master correspond to which functions, and users became capable of operating the system to some extent without a manual. [Case Overview] ■ Implemented System: Production Management System "Speedy Neo" ■ Purpose of Implementation: Purchasing Management *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

For example, in the assembly department, it became clear that unit pricing was set without considering the picking process for materials and parts. [Case Overview] ■ Implemented System: Production Management System "Speedy Neo" ■ Purpose of Implementation - Departmental profit and loss aggregation - Systematization of allocation based on experience and intuition, and material procurement ■ Implementation Effect: Causes of losses became clear *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
