Otani Machinery Works had to bring loggers to the customer's site after trouble occurred, accumulate data for a certain period, and then take the data back for analysis. By implementing the remote monitoring system, they achieved the minimization of machine downtime due to mechanical troubles and a reduction in maintenance costs.
