[Smart Glasses × Remote Support Use Case] Improvement of Quality Inspection and Assessment Operations

Experienced professionals provide support from the office! Here are examples of cost reduction that can be expected.

We will introduce a case study using smart glasses and remote support in quality inspection and assessment operations. In quality inspection and assessment tasks, there are many situations that require the expertise of skilled workers. When less experienced operators perform these tasks on-site, it often incurs significant costs due to the need for guidance and supervision from skilled workers. By incorporating remote support, skilled workers can provide assistance from the office, which is expected to reduce costs. Additionally, it enables the possibility of addressing multiple sites simultaneously, leading to further efficiency in operations. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenges - Many situations require the expertise of skilled workers - Guidance and supervision from skilled workers are necessary when less experienced operators perform tasks ■Results - Skilled workers can provide support from the office, leading to anticipated cost reductions - Simultaneous support for multiple sites becomes possible, enhancing operational efficiency *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

"Digitizing veteran work" as the first step towards "DX" in the manufacturing site!

Ideal for on-site DX (digitization)! Smart glasses that visualize and analyze the "pinpoint" that workers are observing.

■What if we could "datafy" the skilled technician's work and movements and utilize it as master data? ■What if we could compare and analyze the differences between young technicians and skilled technicians to enable the transmission of specific skills? ■What if we could manage quality and provide training online without having to visit factories domestically or internationally? How about if all of these could be realized with just one smart glass? Our uniquely developed eye tracker "Eye Tracking Core+", a Japanese brand, visualizes the gaze of individuals. It is a glasses-type device that can datafy the worker's field of vision, gaze, and voice. Weighing only 39g, it can record using a dedicated smartphone. Furthermore, it does not require a network environment, allowing for the free recording of the entire work process without being restricted by movement or environment within factories or plant facilities. The recorded and collected data can be easily analyzed and reported by anyone using a dedicated analysis application, and it can be outputted in various forms such as videos, images, and KPIs, or quantified, making the utilization of collected data practical. We also offer online demos and rentals for effectiveness verification!
