Speed confirmation via dial display is possible. The display is located in two places: on the side (top and bottom) and on the top surface. The knob rotation speed and flow rate increase and decrease in a linear characteristic. ⇒ Two types with different flow rate ranges are available for each size. Compared to our standard type speed controllers, fine adjustments are easier in each flow rate range. Compact and low-profile size. ⇒ A push-lock type knob is adopted, making setting and operation easy with one hand. The control direction is identified by the color of the knob. The union straight type allows for 360° adjustment of the dial display orientation. The diaphragm rubber material uses HNBR. The free type allows for flexible tube outlet direction. ⇒ In addition to the resin body, the joint part also rotates. A clean room packaging specification is available, ideal for speed control in clean environments. (Optional) ⇒ Fluorine-based grease is used, and after being purified with clean air, it is packaged in a clean room (equivalent to ISO Class 6). A spring return specification is available. ⇒ It is optimal for use with spring return single-acting cylinders.
