[Construction Example] Logistics Center: Outdoor Concrete Floor Settlement Correction / Underfloor Void Filling Work

Correction of the deflection in the slope section! A case where it was possible to adjust to a straight slope without any discomfort.

We would like to introduce a case of "outdoor floor subsidence correction" and "underfloor void filling work" carried out at a logistics center in Okayama Prefecture. The sloped area at the entrance of the building was sagging due to ground subsidence, so we adopted the Upcon method, which allows for quick correction of the sagging to avoid disrupting normal operations. After construction, we were able to almost eliminate the central sagging area and correct it to a straight slope without any discomfort. 【Case Overview】 ■ Construction Area: Approximately 410m2 ■ Maximum Subsidence: 93mm ■ Maximum Void: 150mm ■ Area: Logistics center located in Okayama Prefecture ■ Construction Period: 4 days *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Construction Example] Construction without moving the rack: Warehouse subsidence correction (Fukushima Prefecture)

No need to remove heavy racks or machinery! Here’s an example of a case that was corrected in just 4 days.

We would like to introduce a case of settlement correction implemented at a warehouse located in Fukushima Prefecture. Due to the impact of the Great East Japan Earthquake that occurred in 2011, gradual settlement progressed over the years, leading to the onset of floor sagging and tilting inside the warehouse. Inclination also developed in the areas where racks were installed. This caused issues such as the forklift forks not fitting properly, resulting in "longer loading and unloading times," which disrupted operations and caused difficulties. For this construction project, we adopted the Upcon method, which allows for construction without moving heavy racks within a short construction period. We were able to correct an area of approximately 1250m2 in just 4 days (with a maximum settlement amount of approximately 78mm). 【Case Overview】 ■ Construction Area: Approximately 1250m2 ■ Maximum Settlement Amount: 78mm ■ Location: Warehouse in Fukushima Prefecture ■ Construction Period: 4 days *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
