Concrete floor slab settlement correction method "Upcon"

No need to remove cargo or machinery! Quickly correct floor subsidence, unevenness, tilting, and gaps without stopping operations.

The "Upcon Method" involves drilling small holes with a diameter of 16mm into existing concrete floors that have experienced sinking or tilting. While continuously monitoring the level in millimeter increments, polyurethane resin is injected. The resin injected beneath the floor compresses and strengthens the ground with pressure that causes it to expand in a short time. This process raises the concrete back to its original position while improving the bearing capacity of the ground. Additionally, the final strength of the resin develops in about 60 minutes, and even if voids occur beneath the floor, the same method can be used to fill those voids. 【Features】 ■ Construction time is 1/10 of conventional methods (concrete replacement) (based on our company’s comparison) ■ No need to remove goods or machinery ■ Construction without stopping operations ■ High precision and reliable construction by our skilled employees ■ Completely non-fluorinated resin *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[Currently Offering Free Samples] Case Studies of Floor Leveling Repair Work

We will correct the floor tilt and subsidence without stopping operations! Introducing examples of the "Terra Tech Method" for correcting subsided concrete floors!

Our company conducts the "TerraTech Method," a sinking correction technique that adjusts floor tilts, subsidence, steps, and voids in buildings such as factories, warehouses, stores, and schools, where it is difficult to halt operations, without breaking the existing floor. The "TerraTech Method" involves injecting a special urethane resin under the concrete slab floor, which levels the floor using its expansion force. Compared to traditional concrete replacement methods, the construction period is about 1/10 of the time, and there is no need to remove goods, machinery, or install large plants. We are offering free materials that introduce examples of sinking correction work carried out using the "TerraTech Method." The materials include detailed information about the situation before construction and the reasons for inquiries. Please feel free to download and review them. [Overview of Materials] ■ Case Study: Funabori Co., Ltd. (Manufacturing Factory) ■ Case Study Collection Vol. 1: Various case studies are introduced ■ Customer Feedback Vol. 1-4: Feedback from customers who have actually undergone construction *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
