[Case Study] Water Cooling Analysis of IGBT Module 'AICFD'
You can understand the pressure loss of the heat sink water jacket!
We will introduce a case study analyzing the cooling performance of a water-cooled IGBT module using the general-purpose thermal fluid analysis software "AICFD." The model being analyzed is a simplified version, representing 1/6 of the original module. Additionally, a water-cooled heat sink has been added to the underside of the substrate, and the mesh model consists of 8.78 million unstructured cells.
