At the small multifunctional home "Smile Ina," a bright and spacious day room without columns and a warm bathroom facing south with plenty of sunlight were absolute conditions for the layout. Despite the constraints of the budget, the situation was challenging, with a construction period of about six months from the approval of the subsidy from the prefecture to the completion of inspections. Our product was chosen as a construction method that could clear such circumstances. By connecting the units both vertically and horizontally, we were able to create a layout that meets the necessary requirements according to the land. Since about 80% of the construction process is produced in our own factory, we can significantly shorten the construction period compared to traditional methods that require all work to be done on-site. From small-scale (2 tsubo and up), it is possible to connect units to construct large three-story spaces. Additionally, with the ability to connect units of different sizes through "slide-connected units," we can achieve even more flexible designs than before. Mobile Space also excels in aesthetic appeal. It features open and bright spaces with full fixed glass, and can be finished with a calm yet impressive exterior by combining louver panels. By intentionally leaving the ceiling exposed, we can create a stylish and high appearance, allowing for customized designs. Furthermore, we offer a variety of services such as temporary rentals and purchase options.
