Introducing a case where work efficiency doubled! We were also able to significantly increase the overall profit margin of the company.

We would like to introduce a case study of a long-length processing machine introduced to a metal processing manufacturer in Tochigi Prefecture. The company only had high-spec processing machines, specifically a laser processing machine and a large five-sided processing machine. While these machines were over-spec for drilling holes for frames, they had no other options, so even simple processing was done using these expensive machines. Therefore, we proposed using the "FB-5000-20ATC-S" for simple processing such as drilling and tapping on square pipes. We would like to introduce a case study of a long-length processing machine that was implemented at a company manufacturing chassis and body boxes for commercial vehicles. The company was facing challenges such as difficulty in securing work area, aging equipment, and the normalization of heavy labor and overtime. In response, we proposed the "FB-10000-8ATC-C" model, which can complete the processes of the cutting department, processing department, and parts assembly department with just one machine. As a result, the processing space was reduced to one-third, the number of processing workers was halved, and the workers who were previously engaged in processing moved to the assembly department, leading to more than double the work efficiency. Additionally, this contributed to an improved workplace environment and a reduction in turnover rates.
