Microorganisms oxidize and decompose the enzymes that serve as a nutrient source for copper, promoting inactivation and reducing bacteria. Additionally, when viruses adhere to copper, copper ions attempt to steal electrons from the viruses, resulting in the destruction of the virus coating and the formation of holes. At the same time, free radicals (unstable atoms or molecules lacking electrons) are generated. Since free radicals seek to steal other electrons, they accelerate the effect of reducing bacteria. Wire drawing

A lot of knowledge and experience is required depending on the material and the desired thinness! Introducing our wire drawing technology.

Thick copper wire can carry a large amount of electricity, but it is hard and difficult to bend, which limits its applications. By bundling thin copper wires, they can be made into flexible and high-capacity conductors. To achieve this, thick wire is processed through a mold called a "die" to compress its cross-sectional area to the desired thinness. This process is called "wire drawing," and it requires extensive knowledge and experience depending on the material and the target thickness. At Meisei Industry, we manufacture ultra-fine conductors by utilizing the knowledge of skilled craftsmen, the expert technique of passing wire through a 10μm die, and various equipment.
