Sepra SA101 and SA201 are entirely new types of ultra-high purity polyimide molding materials based on Ube Industries' unique biphenyl tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride (BPDA). They are resins that maintain excellent properties over a wide range from low to high temperatures. We offer five types of particle sizes ranging from "ultra-fine" 1 to "coarse" 25, unique to Sumida Diamond WD. "API-114A FR" is an adhesive tape coated with silicone-based adhesive on polyimide film. It has excellent chemical resistance, making it stable against acids and organic solvents. "API-214A" is a high-temperature resistant double-sided adhesive tape coated on both sides with a silicone adhesive that excels in heat resistance.
