At Sanwa Testing Machine Manufacturing Co., Ltd., we provide maintenance and calibration of material testing machines and various jigs for materials, on-site repairs, and the manufacture and sale of original testing machines. Our experienced staff will responsibly assist you with various manufacturers of uniaxial testing machines (tensile testing machines and compression testing machines), hardness testing machines (such as Brinell hardness testers), impact testing machines (Charpy), and fatigue testing machines. In the fiscal year 2003, our company obtained ISO 9001 (2000) certification for the maintenance and calibration of testing machines. Under our internal regulations, we recommend our in-house calibration, which can be completed reasonably and in a short period. This in-house calibration issues certificates such as test reports and calibration certificates based on JIS Q 17025, and upon customer request, we can provide certificates related to traceability. (For testing machines that have completed maintenance, calibration, and verification, we typically offer a one-year warranty, and we also respond to urgent troubles, repairs, and usage advice.) Additionally, upon request, we also handle inspections by public inspection organizations such as the Nippon Kaiji Kyokai (N.K.) and the Japan Quality Assurance Organization (J.Q.A.).
