Sheet metal processing mainly consists of three processes: "punching," "bending," and "drawing." At our company, we produce high-quality products through advanced processing equipment and techniques. We would like to introduce the features of our simplified mold production. After the delivery of molded products, we store them exclusively for the customer for a certain period, allowing them to be used for the next lot or after mold changes, enabling cost reductions after the initial production. We produce from one to tens of thousands of units using the completed molds. Silicone rubber molds used for vacuum casting are excellent in flexibility and transferability, allowing for easy demolding even in cases where shapes like undercuts may pose challenges, or for products with complex shapes. We offer epoxy and urethane resins that possess performance equivalent to various types of rubber (such as ABS and PP, with hardness ranging from 10 to 90), enabling us to provide casting products that better meet your requirements. Additionally, since the resin is injected in a vacuum state, the occurrence and inclusion of air bubbles are extremely minimal, allowing for the production of copies that faithfully reproduce the details of the mold. When performing vacuum casting, the first step is to prepare a master model that serves as the prototype. The master model will be produced by our company, but it is also possible to use a model provided by the customer. The master model is then molded with the minimum necessary silicone rubber to create a silicone rubber mold that reverses the shape.
