We offer "flanged aluminum die-cast/plastic cases" that incorporate a tongue-and-groove sealing system using EPDM/silicone materials for the cover and base. The wall mounting holes and cover fixing screws are located outside the sealing area, preventing the intrusion of water and dust. Designed in compliance with IEC 529's IP67 (dustproof and waterproof) standards. Additionally, the internal base boss allows for horizontal fixation of the PCB and securing terminals with self-tapping screws. **Features of the aluminum die-cast case:** - 14 sizes, made from aluminum alloy ADC-12 to JAPAN (JIS) - Standard color: natural color (can be painted black or gray) - Uses an integrated EPDM gasket, which can be replaced due to deterioration (can be changed to silicone) - Comes with a flange base for easy installation - Hole processing for the case and production of intermediate plates are also available - Equipped with slot guides for vertical mounting of the circuit board *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*
