Plasma treatment device

This is an ozone-free corona surface treatment device that solves problems related to the adhesion of elastomer products, such as seal materials for automotive windows. It generates a plasma beam that achieves a stronger and more uniform surface treatment, regardless of whether the materials are conductive or non-conductive. PlasmaDyne addresses adhesion and printing issues with olefin-based resins and elastomers, as well as coating problems. Its enhanced surface treatment capability contributes to improved quality and reduced defect rates. It can easily process elastomer products with grooves and small gaps from injection molding or extrusion molding, including areas that are difficult to contact. Despite being a high-frequency corona discharge, it does not generate ozone.
