We manufacture and sell high-frequency power supplies and their applications for industrial use and scientific research, including induction heating power supplies, high-frequency power supplies for plasma, and RF power amplifiers. Our induction heating power supplies are available in a wide range from 1.2 kW to 500 kW, and due to their unique compact design and broad frequency range, they are applied in applications where induction heating was previously difficult. For plasma power supplies and RF amplifiers, engineering and manufacturing are conducted at our U.S. subsidiary, and in addition to sales, we also design and manufacture application equipment. With over 30 years of experience in plasma high-frequency power supplies and broadband amplifiers for semiconductor devices, we provide precise engineering services to realize our customers' ideals. We also offer free initial heating tests for equipment selection.
