Our company is pleased to announce that we will celebrate our 75th anniversary in March 2023. In line with this, we have refreshed our corporate slogan to "The thrill goes on." Concept Meaning: The excitement continues Excitement → Challenge: The effort to confront difficult situations Excitement → Vitality: To be full of energy and actively engaged Evolution → Progress: The transformation of things into better or more advanced forms 75th Anniversary Commemorative Logo Concept "Thanks to all" expresses our gratitude to everyone who has supported us since our founding. The circle surrounding the number 75 represents the letter "O," the initial of OMORI. The letter "O" is positioned as the current OMORI, and the way the number 75 passes through it symbolizes our intention to move on to a new stage. Additionally, the shape of "O" = "circle" has long represented "eternity" and "circulation," and the strong design expresses our determination for OMORI, built since its founding, to continue evolving and developing towards becoming a 100-year company and beyond.

On June 30, 2022, our company acquired additional shares of our North American subsidiary, Omori North America (hereinafter referred to as ONA), through a special purpose company (SPC) in collaboration with the Development Bank of Japan Inc. and Tokyo Small and Medium Enterprise Investment and Development Co., Ltd. This acquisition of shares was realized in line with the retirement intentions of the Cooney couple, who were the founders of BW Cooney, the predecessor of ONA, and have served as CEO and CFO of ONA for many years. Moving forward, we will promote organizational restructuring following the retirement of the Cooney couple and further advance digital transformation (DX). We will also refresh our logo with the aim of further strengthening Omori Machinery's North American operations.

As of May 9, 2022, the name of the UK sales company SELO UK, which was under OMORI EUROPE, has been changed to OMORI Machinery UK, and we have transitioned from a five-location overseas structure to a six-location structure. In light of the recent situation in Europe and around the world, we will officially establish our presence there, clearly capture market demands, and aim to align with our customers' needs. Sales in the UK and Ireland were handled by SELO UK, and we will continue to respond as before after the name change while further strengthening our collaboration.
