The Separator Classifier MTRC is mainly used for the selection of grains in flour mills and storage facilities for granular grains, removing unwanted materials from granular raw materials such as grains and sorting them. By combining it with an aspiration system, it is also possible to remove low-density impurities.

The aspiration channel MVSI and MVSL are used to separate lightweight materials from various granular raw materials (such as grains, legumes, cocoa beans, etc.). They can be used alone or in combination with separators and classifiers to classify low-density materials and remove coarse or fine impurities.

The Aero Lock MPSN is used for the supply and discharge of bulk materials, such as powdered substances and finely crushed materials, into pneumatic conveying lines. It is equipped with high reliability and is suitable for a variety of material handling applications.

The Destner MTSD reliably removes high-density impurities such as stones, metals, and glass from continuously flowing raw materials. It is compatible with various grain raw materials, including soft wheat, durum wheat, corn, rye, rice, and soybeans, as well as barley and other grains, and is used not only in flour mills but also in breweries, distilleries, and ethanol production plants.

The Drum Magnet DFRT removes iron contaminants from granular and powdered materials without interrupting the flow of raw materials, enhancing food safety. It is mainly used in flour mills, feed mills, and oil extraction plants.

The drum sieve AHCY is mainly used as a versatile pre-cleaning machine in flour mills, rice mills, feed mills, and silos. It removes coarse impurities such as straw, thread waste, paper, wood chips, and stems from granular and powdered raw materials, reducing the burden on subsequent machines and conveyors, and preventing malfunctions and damage.

The Flow Balancer MZAH distributes the flow of liquid materials by weight, allowing for the mixing of different types of raw materials and adjusting the flow of products to maintain the specified processing capacity. By keeping the processing capacity constant regardless of variations in the specific gravity and moisture content of the raw materials, it achieves optimal mixing of diverse grains.

The compact sieving machine LAGA reliably performs preliminary and main sorting of grains, seeds, coffee beans, etc., at a low cost. It is ideal for use in flour mills, silos and storage plants, seed processing facilities, and malt production plants.
