On October 16, 2023, we released a video on YouTube of the joint research with the National Research and Development Agency for Disaster Science and Technology titled "Verification of the Seismic Performance of Concrete Block Walls," featuring a gate with a shutter (FIT GATE)! The gate, equipped with the maximum effective opening size for the shutter, remained standing even during tremors that simulated a major earthquake, and it was able to open and close the shutter without any issues after the experiment. This video compares existing non-compliant block walls with block walls installed with FIT Power. The FIT Power is installed on block walls that are weakly constructed and do not meet building standards, as they lack a foundation. *Please note that this does not prove that there are no issues with installing FIT Power on block walls without a foundation.
