The EDO series is a scroll-type dry pump that covers the low vacuum range for general industrial applications. The vacuum chamber consists of two scrolls, one fixed and the other rotating in an eccentric state, which traps, compresses, and exhausts the target gas, achieving an exhaust rate of 72 to 85 m³/h and a pressure capability of 150 Pa. It can operate continuously across all pressure ranges, and its simple structure allows for maintenance by customers. The E2S series is a two-stage rotary vane type oil rotary pump (oil pump). It features a completely redesigned structure, resulting in a pump with excellent cost performance. It is expected to be utilized in various processes such as vacuum drying, metal heat treatment, vacuum degassing, leak testing, coating, heat pipes, vacuum insulation, freeze-drying, laboratories, and as a backing pump for high vacuum pumps. <E2S Series Features> 〇 High exhaust capacity: The E2S has nearly 10% better exhaust performance compared to the conventional E2M, even with the same motor rating. 〇 Oil box: Adoption of extrusion molding improves airtightness and incorporates heat dissipation fins, enhancing cooling effectiveness. 〇 Reduced operating noise: The internal mechanism design and changes in the materials used result in quieter operation compared to conventional pumps. 〇 Steam exhaust resistance: By using materials with excellent steam resistance and a mode selection feature, it achieves a maximum steam resistance of 20 mbar (E2S45).
