We are a company that actively responds to a diversifying society with ceramic nameplates, signs, picture tiles, custom terracotta tiles, and commissioned firing processing.
Akoh Ceramic Co., Ltd. is a company established in 1972, consisting of two divisions: the manufacturing division and the trading division. Manufacturing Division: Toki East Factory, Toki West Factory, Kasahara Factory Trading Division: Head Office Sales Department
Business Activities
In the manufacturing department, we produce AC terracotta ceramic nameplates, signs, decorative tiles, and relief tiles for indoor and outdoor walls and floors, as well as custom decorative terracotta tiles and repair tiles. Our nameplates are registered with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism under the new technology and new method NETIS-CB-030055-A. Additionally, we have various kilns to meet customer needs for firing, including contract firing processes (degreasing firing, solvent removal firing, dehydration firing, and raw material pre-firing) and special ceramic manufacturing. We have 8 LPG roller hearth kilns, 4 electric roller hearth kilns, 1 LPG tunnel kiln, 2 LPG shuttle kilns, 1 N2 atmosphere test furnace, 2 atmospheric test furnaces, and other special kilns. We are also equipped with exhaust gas treatment systems. In the trading department, we handle refractory materials, various furnace materials, ceramic raw materials, and various ceramic products.
