By incorporating a heating program into the production machine, it becomes possible to develop products and collect data that are close to on-site production. The simple structure is reflected in low costs. Since it is a small pressure vessel, annual inspections are not required.

For mild drying with minimal damage, we perform low-pressure drying. Low-temperature drying at around 60°C is possible. It has a simple structure and does not require pressure vessels or vacuum pumps like those used in vacuum dryers.

The temperature distribution inside the can during stirring sterilization is maintained within ±0.5℃. Since it uses steam sterilization, multi-stage heating is possible. Additionally, there is no need to heat water, which reduces running costs. The air cooling method allows for dry retrieval.

It is possible to achieve high-quality drying with extremely low oxidation. The drying time is a rapid drying process of about 30 to 120 minutes. Contamination during the drying process occurs very rarely.
