"Mebakari-kun" is a system that assists in the counting of parts during the inbound process at parts warehouses, during parts issuance, and during inventory checks of stock parts, using image processing. In traditional counting tasks, it was difficult to count parts with issues related to their individual weights (lightweight, variability) using electronic scales. "Mebakari-kun" has achieved efficiency in these counting tasks through image processing technology. Workers simply need to "spread out" the parts according to the instructions on the monitor, freeing them from the tedious and meticulous counting tasks.
