Our company has been pursuing ideal rotational transmission and contributing to the industry through transmission equipment for half a century.

Sakai Manufacturing Co., Ltd. began manufacturing and selling belt-type continuously variable transmissions in 1950. During the period of rapid economic growth, we achieved maintenance-free operation with transmissions that adopted oil-free mechanisms as a countermeasure against micro-wear, thereby expanding our track record. Subsequently, based on the theory of micro-wear countermeasures, we developed the coupling: Precision Correction Shaft Joint Series, which has been well received in the semiconductor and liquid crystal-related equipment market for its characteristics. Additionally, our plate spring-type coupling: Precision Spring Shaft Joint Series, which responds to the increasingly high performance of automatic control, has gained popularity in the machine tool sector. The rigid coupling: Precision Fixed Shaft Joint, which pursues precision during fastening, is attracting attention in the field of high-precision positioning equipment. Our company has been engaged in the development and manufacturing of products that meet the needs of high-precision and high-quality transmission devices, based on the fundamental philosophy of "providing excellent functional elements."
