This is a hollow fiber membrane filtration filter for compressed air and nitrogen. The hollow fiber membrane consists of bundles of straw-like (macaroni-shaped) fibers with hollow interiors, capturing foreign substances on the outside of the membrane and supplying clean fluid. Due to the fine pore size of the hollow fiber membrane, it achieves precise filtration accuracy. This filtration accuracy is 0.003μm (3nm). It is mainly used in sensitive environments such as semiconductor manufacturing, electronic equipment manufacturing, and food factories, where contamination by minute foreign substances is a concern.
