We design, manufacture, and maintain hydrogen production devices using renewable energy and ion exchange membrane electrolyzers.

Our company is currently engaged in the design and construction of hydrogen production equipment using renewable energy. As part of future energy measures, we will utilize renewable energy sources (such as solar power, wind power, and geothermal power) to extract pure hydrogen. The intended use is directed towards the development of fuel cells for hydrogen vehicles. Since 2015, hydrogen vehicles have been commercially available. The exhaust gas is water vapor, resulting in a perfectly pollution-free vehicle. Although significant development costs are incurred in the initial stages, this is a technology with great potential for the future. Additionally, E-Plan takes pride in being among the best in the world in knowledge related to the design and manufacturing of ion exchange membrane electrolyzers. We handle everything from structural design to material procurement, including methods for joining titanium and dissimilar metals, precision sheet metal processing of high-grade metals, welding techniques for titanium and nickel, and stress analysis of electrolyzers, all the way to quality control and overseas export packaging, ensuring a comprehensive approach to quality assurance.
